Front Desk Officer/ Secretary

  • Manage the school’s lobby/reception area
  • Receive and direct all guests in a professional manner
  • Manage a high volume of call rate both local and international
  • Take and deliver messages for all staff members
  • Administrative and secretarial functions

Education and Experience

Candidates must:

  • hold relevant professional qualification with excellent communication (clear and effective) skills
  • Be proficient in computer skills
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic and pleasant personality
  • Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
  • Be able  to multi-task
  • Being bilingual and having previous experience in an educational institution will be an advantage
