MYP4 and DP1 Orientation Week

During the first week of school in our  academic year (15th – 19th August 2022), the incoming DP1 and MYP4 students went through an orientation program in preparation for life in SOS-HGIC and the 2022/2023 Academic year. They were introduced to the different departments of our school and  learned their functions and how they seek to help our new and existing students throughout the year. As a part of the activities, our DP1 students were tasked with completing a creative identity task where they each presented creative representations of themselves to be posted for the viewing pleasure of our entire student body. Overall the activities provided students an opportunity to familiarise themselves with each other, push themselves creatively and academically and to give them a  positive outlook for the rest of the academic year.
