These achievements mean that every member of the Class of 2026 leaves SOS-HGIC with a strong foundation for future study, growth and success.

Two names led the cohort.

Among the many highlights of this year's results, Nana Kwasi Agyeman achieved the highest score in the cohort with an outstanding 42 points..

He was closely followed by Amanda Abayena, who attained an impressive aggregate of 40 points. In total, 18 students achieved 35 points or above, including Nana Kwasi and Amanda. The cohort also achieved a mean Diploma score of 31.5 and an impressive mean subject grade of 5.0.

These results reflect the sustained commitment, effort and partnership of our students and teachers throughout the programme. More importantly, they represent far more than examination scores — they tell a story of intellectual curiosity, perseverance, personal growth and resilience.

Throughout the Diploma Programme, the Class of 2026 embraced challenges, celebrated successes, learnt valuable lessons, and continued to grow as principled, caring and internationally minded young adults. SOS-HGIC is proud not only of what they have achieved academically, but of the young men and women they have become.

The College also recognises the unwavering dedication of its exceptional teachers, tutors, boarding staff and support staff, who invested countless hours guiding, encouraging and supporting students throughout their Diploma journey. We are equally grateful to our parents and guardians for their continued partnership, encouragement and trust.

Looking Forward

As a College, SOS-HGIC remains committed to ensuring that every student follows the qualification pathway best suited to their aspirations, strengths and future university plans. Through careful academic guidance, personalised support and close collaboration with families, the College continues to provide opportunities for every student to flourish and confidently progress to higher education.

At the graduation ceremony a few weeks ago, the Class of 2026 was reminded that every graduating class has its own story. The story of this cohort is one of resilience — they faced challenges with courage, supported one another through difficult moments, celebrated one another's successes, and grew into thoughtful, compassionate and capable young adults.

As our graduates prepare to begin the next chapter of their lives at universities in Ghana and around the world, we wish them every success, confident that the knowledge, values and experiences they have gained at SOS-HGIC will guide them as they seek to make meaningful contributions to their communities and to society, living out our motto: Knowledge in the Service of Africa

Congratulations to the Class of 2026.
